A: Our kits include handcrafted Fijian spice blends and easy-to-follow instructions. You just add your own fresh ingredients like onion, garlic, meat, or vegetables.
Q: Are the kits easy to cook with?
A: Definitely! Our instructions are beginner-friendly, and we’ve designed the process to be simple, fun, and full of flavour—even for non-confident cooks.
Q: Are your meal kits spicy?
A: Our kits are full of bold flavour, but not overly hot. You can adjust the heat by adding your favourite vegetables, cream, coconut milk...

Q: Are your products vegan or gluten-free?
A: Most of our condiments and kits are vegan and gluten-free. We never use artificial preservatives or additives. Please check each product listing for specific ingredient details.
Q: What do I use the Tamarind Chutney with ?
A: Pairs well with Pakora and Lentil Vada. Can also be used with BBQ's, cheese platters, on toast...
Q: What do I use the Chilli Oil with ?
A: Drizzle a few drops on any meal to give it a bit of heat.
Q: How do I use Turmeric Latte mix ?
A: Add a teaspoon of mix and a few drops of honey(optional) to your favourite milk or warm water for a soothing drink.
